Everything you need to know about how your BabyBoom order reaches you — where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Enter your district and thana at checkout and the delivery charge is calculated for you before you place the order.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳150
• Free delivery: on orders above ৳2,000

The charge shown in your order summary is the final charge. Nothing is added afterwards.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Remote areas may take up to 5.

Orders placed before 2 PM are packed the same day and handed to the courier the next morning. Orders placed after 2 PM are packed the following working day. Fridays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Cash on Delivery

Every order is Cash on Delivery. No advance payment, no card details, no online transfer. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you.

Please keep the exact amount ready — riders do not always carry change.

Courier Handover

Once your parcel leaves our packing table it is handed to one of our courier partners, and you receive a tracking number by SMS and email. From that point the courier calls you before delivery, so keep the mobile number you gave at checkout switched on.

If the rider cannot reach you, the parcel is usually re-attempted the next working day.

Checking Your Parcel

You may open the parcel and check the item in front of the rider before paying. If what you received is wrong or damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day — see Returns & Exchange.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked pre-order ship on the eta shown on the product page. We send an SMS and email as soon as the item is ready to dispatch, and the delivery timeline above starts from that day.
