Delivery Charges
Dhaka Area: ৳80 delivery charge Outside Dhaka: ৳150 delivery charge Free Delivery: On orders above ৳2,000
Delivery Times
- Dhaka: 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–5 business days (where courier service is available)
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed same day and shipped the next morning. Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next day.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. No prepayment required. Pay directly to our courier when your order arrives.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Use this number to monitor your package's movement through our courier partners.
For tracking inquiries, you can also message us on WhatsApp or contact our customer service team.
