Exchange Policy
We offer 7-day exchanges on all products from the date of delivery.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange
- Our team will provide a return shipping label or arrange courier pickup
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your replacement immediately
Condition Requirements
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from damage or defects caused by misuse
What Can Be Exchanged
- Size changes (if baby has grown into a different size)
- Color preferences (if wrong color was shipped)
- Defects or manufacturing issues
- Items damaged during shipping (we'll handle the replacement at no cost)
What Cannot Be Exchanged
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original tags
- Items in damaged packaging due to mishandling after receipt
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with photos. We will replace it free of charge, including return shipping.
Pre-Order and Special Order Items
Pre-order items may have different exchange terms. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
Refund Policy
Currently, we offer exchanges rather than cash refunds. However, if an item is found to be defective and cannot be replaced, we will discuss appropriate compensation with you.
